A conclusione del Convegno su “Biofotoni ed Energia per la Vita” -Firenze 28 /09/2017 c7o Accademia dei Georgofili, Egocreanet (NGO) ed il Coordinamento del Convegno , propongono la creazione di un CLUSTER .quale aggregazione di artisti, ricercatori e associazioni , finalizzata a dare sviluppo e alla ricerca ed alla innovazione sui BIOFOTONI capace di favorire sinergie trans-disciplinari tra la ricerca ed il mondo della impresa e della cultura e della istituzioni pubbliche sul rinnovamento strategico delle scienze della vita.
Le attivita del “BIOPHOTON’s CLUSTER” si concentreranno nel promuovere iniziative e progetti mirati a sviluppare programmi e progetti , nazionali , europei ed internazionali sul tema di ” Biofotoni e la Vita”, e alla ricerca di finanziamenti e di agevolazioni orientati ad aumentare l’ impatto sociale culturale ed economico generato dalla diffusione del cambiamento strategico e della innovazione sostenibile delle scienze della vita .
La Governance del cluster sara affidata con modalita’ flessibili ad un comitato organizzatore scientifico e tecnologico a cui attualmente si chiede informale adesione.
La sede del Cluster , inizialmente sara quella di EGOCREANET (ONG) c/o Incubatore Univerita ed Impresa della Universita di Firenze .

Dear Collegues I would like to build up with you a community in the area of complex physiochemical feautures relevant to the emerging ﬁeld of nanotechnology management in science and art . In particular I think that the quantum entanglement effect will be of a great importance for understanding the changes from the bulk -matter of noscale confined soft-matter .
OPEN DEBATE ON : Advances in nano-scale-science includes to focus the Entanglement in nano and bio-molecular systems in science and art.

The Goal of EGOCREANET (edscuola.it/lre.html) is to open a debate to sharing innovation and hypotheses on the future of nano-science to provide a forum for researchers and industry managers to exchange and discuss latest and future design and analysis for the management disruptive innovation of nano-scale science .
Namely, we are interested in establishing the feasibility and characteristics of Quantum – Entanglement in nano-scale dimension opening a networking through the trans-disciplinary application of the concept of entanglement exteded to cultural and science design, modelling in art and science and visual simulation of new management of nano-scale innovation.

One of most peculiar properties of Quantum Physiscs is focused on the Entanglement that get the possibility to built up special quantum shared states based on delocalized electon’s field.
In fact Entanglement permits to change the degre of localization of quantum/wave particles ;in fact also during a spatial separation of pairwise electrons quantum entanglement generate a new partial localized conjugate-systems of bonding atoms.
The entanglement activity can evolve in strenght and in coherence of sinultanety properties of mixed delocalized states and/or in the successive decay to localized single states in function of some noises ( temperature and other interferences) that dis-entangled the stability in the time-scale of the simultaneity co-existence of entangled states .
To investigate on the properties innovation of entanglement effects I think that good experimental information can be obtaied looking at the spectum of emission induced by lasers and measured in femto-seconds (Femto-chemistry *). In fact this fast-method of investigation can give information observed exactly what happens at the molecular level during a chemical reaction. So that ultrafast molecular dynanics in future can permit to deeply understand the effect of entangled hybridization of elecron’s field ( in some way similar to the mettallic bond) caused by the overposition of electron orbitals to create the molecular bonding in the nano-scale dimension. see from : http://www.12manage.com/myview.asp?KN=2841
