    How does Seth license his work and why is he changing?

    For several years now I have licensed my visual work under the Creative Commons – Non-Commercial – Share-Alike license 3.0.  I did this because I only really wanted to ensure that at some point we would build a system where attribution to derivative works that I may use, but also let others they may use it as well.  I do not create visual work for financial gain, creating, challenging and evolving my artistic expression is closely held with the evolution of my perception and shifting views of my reality. Creating visually is my life’s passion and brings a sense of completeness and wholeness within my self that I wish to share the vision from my personal perspective and life’s journey to say here is my contribution to our world, so that others may find and use my work.  I do have a very hard time assigning value by any means to my work, to me it is priceless.  The license I have been using, I am now going to alter for all future works using the Free Cultural Works framework to not only publish my work including the files used to compose the visual work, It has renewed my use in Open-Source Free Distributed software to create in and the biggest change is I will now use a Creative Commons Attribution License 3.0.

    The hardest point to make this change for me was actually removing the ‘Non-Commercial’ part of the license.  Previously I had considered an attitude if they make money, I make money.  After coming across the Free Cultural Works framework, I came to know a new perspective which in truth inspired me to change.  My ‘Non-Commercial’ use had banned my work from being used in free markets, so if a business chooses to use my visual work, this will spread my ideas to more people, and also when more people have a chance to see it takes on the ability to have more and more derivative works created.  My highest goals being a Visual Artist is introducing work in which I introduce new ways of interpreting and seeing our unfolding view of our world and it’s systems.  From the Quantum Level to the Cosmos level and all in between.  More importantly it is focusing with demonstrating how my spiritual beliefs shape and do affect all other parts of our world. And in turn be and do my little part to create a shift so our worlds governments and systems may utilize our emerging visions and technologies to create a unified world working in harmony a creating equality and new standard of living which will instill an eco-friendly approach which only uses resources at a rate and contaminates at a rate which can be naturally recovered within the natural functions of our planet.

    I would like to see the restoration of human rights equally to all humans in all countries.  My highest vision would be seeing a world where Access to Food, Clean Potable Water, Shelter, Healthcare and either technical or advanced degrees being accessible to every human being.  This foundation would require us to each challenge our perceptions of our world, to see our united humanness and know that each of our countries unique culture, spirituality and people add to an overall rich human fabric and when we each rise above our differences and come to sustainable agreements enabling each country what they need to develop and create these standard for themselves and through open and fair trade vigorously held with integrity, not for gain, but because it is the right thing to do for our world and fellow humans.

    Look at what humanity has accomplished in the last 500 years since open sharing and spreading of the freedom to be able to create change as individuals increased.  We have had one radical age after another at rates which use to take 300 years occurring in 100.  As more humans where able to contribute so did our systems and technology increase, I see tremendous value in shifting from our debt based systems, which assume a constant state of loss and really are designed to be in fear that a loss will occur may be misguided.  Our history is a reference point, imagine billions of humans living not in fears of being able to survive, but these where insured and priorities to maintain, end every available resource was aimed at giving each human access to learn and develop their own way of contributing to our worlds richness and vastness.  We would stop assigning monetary value to what is priceless in ensuring that our problems are solved equitably, with blazing speed and respect for our differences is only the point at which we honor that we are one species with one home, and where we meet in our difference we each rise above shift agree and still maintain our integrity of our commitment to my new human standard with adding these things and investing in these aspects which then give true human equality.

    So committing myself to my new license framework I am doing my part to illustrate and show what is possible when we shift, challenge, rise above, unite and create a world of sustained equality for every human.

    Creating Free Cultural Works

    Preamble

    Social and technological advances make it possible for a growing part of humanity to access, create, modify, publish and distribute various kinds of works – artworks, scientific and educational materials, software, articles – in short: anything that can be represented in digital form. Many communities have formed to exercise those new possibilities and create a wealth of collectively re-usable works.

    Most authors, whatever their field of activity, whatever their amateur or professional status, have a genuine interest in favoring an ecosystem where works can be spread, re-used and derived in creative ways. The easier it is to re-use and derive works, the richer our cultures become.

    Defining Free Culture Licenses

    Licenses are legal instruments through which the owner of certain legal rights may transfer these rights to third parties. Free Culture Licenses do not take any rights away — they are always optional to accept, and if accepted, they grant freedoms which copyright law alone does not provide. When accepted, they never limit or reduce existing exemptions in copyright laws.

    Essential freedoms

    In order to be recognized as “free” under this definition, a license must grant the following freedoms without limitation:

    • The freedom to use and perform the work: The licensee must be allowed to make any use, private or public, of the work. For kinds of works where it is relevant, this freedom should include all derived uses (“related rights”) such as performing or interpreting the work. There must be no exception regarding, for example, political or religious considerations.
    • The freedom to study the work and apply the information: The licensee must be allowed to examine the work and to use the knowledge gained from the work in any way. The license may not, for example, restrict “reverse engineering”.
    • The freedom to redistribute copies: Copies may be sold, swapped or given away for free, as part of a larger work, a collection, or independently. There must be no limit on the amount of information that can be copied. There must also not be any limit on who can copy the information or on where the information can be copied.
    • The freedom to distribute derivative works: In order to give everyone the ability to improve upon a work, the license must not limit the freedom to distribute a modified version (or, for physical works, a work somehow derived from the original), regardless of the intent and purpose of such modifications. However, some restrictions may be applied to protect these essential freedoms or the attribution of authors (see below).

    Permissible restrictions

    Not all restrictions on the use or distribution of works impede essential freedoms. In particular, requirements for attribution, for symmetric collaboration (i.e., “copyleft”), and for the protection of essential freedom are considered permissible restrictions.

    Defining Free Cultural Works

    In order to be considered free, a work must be covered by a Free Culture License, or its legal status must provide the same essential freedoms enumerated above. It is not, however, a sufficient condition. Indeed, a specific work may be non-free in other ways that restrict the essential freedoms. These are the additional conditions in order for a work to be considered free:

    • Availability of source data: Where a final work has been obtained through the compilation or processing of a source file or multiple source files, all underlying source data should be available alongside the work itself under the same conditions. This can be the score of a musical composition, the models used in a 3D scene, the data of a scientific publication, the source code of a computer application, or any other such information.
    • Use of a free format: For digital files, the format in which the work is made available should not be protected by patents, unless a world-wide, unlimited and irrevocable royalty-free grant is given to make use of the patented technology. While non-free formats may sometimes be used for practical reasons, a free format copy must be available for the work to be considered free.
    • No technical restrictions: The work must be available in a form where no technical measures are used to limit the freedoms enumerated above.
    • No other restrictions or limitations: The work itself must not be covered by legal restrictions (patents, contracts, etc.) or limitations (such as privacy rights) which would impede the freedoms enumerated above. A work may make use of existing legal exemptions to copyright (in order to cite copyrighted works), though only the portions of it which are unambiguously free constitute a free work.

    In other words, whenever the user of a work cannot legally or practically exercise his or her basic freedoms, the work cannot be considered and should not be called “free.”

    To ensure the graceful functioning of this ecosystem, works of authorship should be free, and by freedom we mean:

    • the freedom to use the work and enjoy the benefits of using it
    • the freedom to study the work and to apply knowledge acquired from it
    • the freedom to make and redistribute copies, in whole or in part, of the information or expression
    • the freedom to make changes and improvements, and to distribute derivative works

    If authors do not take action, their works are covered by existing copyright laws, which severely limit what others can and cannot do. Authors can make their works free by choosing among a number of legal documents known as licenses. For an author, choosing to put their work under a free license does not mean that they lose all their rights, but it gives to anyone the freedoms listed above.

    It is important that any work that claims to be free provides, practically and without any risk, the aforementioned freedoms. This is why we hereafter give a precise definition of freedom for licenses and for works of authorship.

    Quantum Entanglement within Earths Unity Consciousness Grid is unfolding right before and within me.  Utilizing the ‘Law of Attraction’ more than I ever envisioned is rightly making itself known.  Honoring and being of service to the ‘Law of One’ outside of illusion is a true change in perspective.  This path has consequences especially where my ability to be and allow my self to be perceived in truth,  I am amazed how many people I encounter seem to be stuck on the itty bitty shitty committee, and seem to miss the link between how the hold their inner processes and what their perception of life is, and how they act in ways which only magnify what they say they do not wish in their life.  I am also amazed at how people will only allow a preconceived idea of a person to exist in their life, never allowing a person to change.  On one level I am saddened that so many are completely missing out on the true freedom in love I live.  I guess it is difficult when they have chosen to isolate themselves in what I am sure is a act of what they view as love when all that it clearly is to me is an act of trying to create pain and live in a state of denial that their thoughts, feelings and actions have consequences on other people.  Holding a perception so loud in their minds of a person who existed 17 years ago and not being open or even respectful to another to even ask questions to investigate for myself what change has occurred.  Drawing a picture through 3rd person narrative and creating an image of an others life in your mind has dire consequences, now that the truth through experience is building the pathways to dissolve illusions and create an Earth system which is fundamentally created from a different energetic space of unconditional love and quantum light.  Unconditional Love, it holds a huge shift in all that is created from this no thing, no where, no how foundation.  It is unified and creates it’s reality which demonstrates universal laws, with no illusion.  While we still have separate physical bodies, your consciousness is aware at it’s root level of not only right here now, but up there and over there and most importantly you as being a part of me.  So; I am is in truth We am, and if your we am and you know it clap your hands.  So this is a visual which captures a view of the quantum light and unconditional love energy interwoven in the space from which I am projected here now so I may experience this life and all it has and sometimes does not offer.

    On this day we wish to speak with you about a momentous shift in the energy of your planet. This has been so great that it is even manifesting in the more ‘conventional’ areas of awareness.

    You can find stories about your banking structures, and efforts at reaching consensus through polling, that are no longer limited to ‘conspiracy theorists’. The walls are breaking down. Your future of freedom approaches rapidly now. Every hint you see in your media is caused by vast surges of budding awareness just out of sight.

    The critical mass was reached some time ago. Even those who hoped against all odds that this would never happen, who thought their position had been secured beyond doubt, see the inevitable changes occurring now. Castles built of sand will be washed away just as surely by a rising tide as by a tidal wave. The onerous weight of oppressive control, war, and outright lies is about to be lifted from your backs. You will see that this dawn will not admit only a little bit of light. It will not change only some things. This may be the intent of some. It may even appear that way at first. But this dawn will reveal all and change everything.

    Celebrate each new revelation and share your joy and reasoning with all who will listen. Remember to hold gratitude in your hearts. Hold in your hearts and minds the intentions you have built these changes with. Doing so will aid their smooth and peaceful realization. Send love and light from Creator into every corner of your world that catches your attention now. There are still many things which need to begin their radical transformations. The love and peace, shared with every living being, will work miracles before your eyes.

    We promise you that every effort you make with the intention of joining with each other and with spirit will be magnified many fold. Your family of light is far, far greater than you can even imagine.

    We walk with you, arm in arm, and we will speak with you again tomorrow.

    At least Six pancakes between Five and Seven, for keeping on the Six weave all the time gets to be exhausting. The best of Five is its pretty baubles, while the best of Seven is its awe-inspiring world of wonder. So let us not wait another moment…

    Seven. Of all the weaves, Seven is the most gloriously wonder-filled. It is akin to fantastic bends of imagination, or dreams of pleasant yet unnatural visions. Seven acts as a renegade of real-life dreariness by bringing cathartic play near otherwise somber actualities, benefiting all. As necessary as doing footwork is, it’s also important to clasp your hands with another’s and dance. Necessary is joy, for it promotes real OM-filled, blissful, romantic creativity. Both itself and in combination with other weaves, Seven normally needs no dance partner. It is dance, and it never needs anything to make it better. It is the highest frequency of prime, the highest prime number of the numbers of creation. Having long been considered lucky, it is lucky, for nature compounds energy where thought and emotion converge. What is luck? Nothing more than energy, energy, energy based on belief and passion. Bands of thought energy coalesce where dances of passionate emotional energy focus. Jaded though you may consider yourselves to be, you still rely on the primitive method of creation through passion. Do you dance effectively without some element of passion, whether it’s of musical or sexual or crowd-induced origin? Not really, not with any life. The same is true for co-creating your reality. Graceful, spontaneous forms of reality are birthed into existence through the passionate dance of polar extremes.
    Nothing with Seven is quite what it seems. Good luck isn’t just lucky. Knowledge so far is limited on luck. Let us contribute to its expansion.

    Seven plays. You may think, “Now how does our luck really become good?” Or you may think there’s no such thing as luck at all. There is, and there isn’t. Luck is an imaginary reality based on a cultural belief in both manipulating and being manipulated by natural-world circumstances. Luck only exists because you believe it does. If you believed you didn’t believe in luck, it would continue to exist based on the energy fed to it by a drugged mass of people overly willing to give anyone or anything their passion. As long as passion is focused in one direction, it is affecting that area of focus. It is precisely this process that rising stars use to achieve success. It is also the process which any so-called government can use to enslave masses of people. That, you are saying, is too apparently true to us now. And because it is apparent, it is available as a tool for masses of people to use to create forms of reality which create better forms of social structure and lifestyle. In aiming one thread of love-powered thought close to known possible realities, better realities can be brought into existence. Radical new ideas as well as brash old ideas can develop or die by Seven’s action fueled by world beliefs and individual creativity. Luck has nothing to do with it. But passion has a lot.

    Luck and appearance are closely related, for in the lodestone of luck is the magnetic pull of appearance given purpose. World philosophical agreements border on one pole or another of a process leading to the formation of one reality or another. What nature manifests is based more on the operation of thought than on the regulation of an outside agency or luck. Growth of plants, balance of ecosystems cascade from the known. Processes of nature are really processes of the people who have observed for generation after generation all working in a balanced and sustainable way. Luck runs where emotional charge draws it. Reality forms around the particulate strands of thought woven and brought into conscious awareness by dramatic surges of energy issuing from the consciousnesses of the ones who believe with the most passion. Conscious awareness is a tricky thing, and binds one’s feet in the direction it allows to be fed, slavishly driving one to the fulfillment of belief, or bust. Nature has little say, actually, and only acts as directed by divine mind — which is precisely the problem with your quagmire of the present time. You have abdicated divine mind awareness in favor of entertainment. Knowledge of Earth-based how-to keeps sinking deeper and deeper into the mud of lost cosmic awareness, lost freedom of perception, lost range of reality-dreaming, -knowing and -making. You’ll be lucky to find a way out, create a new mental picture and activate it, but we will front five dollars on a bet you can do it. You only need to know how.

    Psst, here’s how.

    Say bringing a new reality into being, knowing and experiencing is your aim. Getting started is only a matter of believing it can be done. How luck helps is only a matter of faith in your own belief in divine order and benevolent cooperation of all that is, as directed by divine mind, which will become more apparent as love grows for yourself. So, you believe in a better world, then you believe in a divine order. Knowledge of making reality is not dependent upon a divine living entity or on an energy loving though coldly separate from the world you inhabit. Such notions are part of the problem you now face, but can easily be remedied. Reality is brought into being by your thought and the thought of others of like mind. Add to that emotional intensity, and you are in business. However, as luck would have it, not all realities are beneficial to the continuation of benevolent co-creation. You are free to alter your reality at any time, and many do. However, many simply swap one crippled reality for another. How to arrive at one that benefits all and doesn’t bother any is as simple as one, two, three… all the way to nine.

    Knowledge is part of the benevolent reality-making package. For simplicity, that component is neatly arranged in the nine strands of numbers of creation. These are not at one part creative and at another contradictory to creation. All are creative, and all are of OM. This is true long before belief enters into the mix to nudge things around. Belief is a function of creation as much as it is a creative force itself. In this apparent paradox lies the fundamental impetus to create in the weave of Seven. Belief is creative as well as created. In that apparent paradox lies the seed of understanding of the divine within the one who creates as well as the one who is created. Divinity cannot be separated from that which is divinely inspired or divinely created any more than a drop of water can be separated from known or imagined tea. You can remove water from tea, but at that point it ceases to be tea and becomes something else. It is not the form of tea any longer but has the potential to be tea again. Known tea is far different than potential tea, yet the creation of one is naturally dependent on the existence of the other. So it is with anything.

    Seven is the creative number of potential. It is the avenue by which reality and etheric nature meet and build a house, or anything. Belief is the car which drives on that avenue, and your own life is the house. Belief in detours, roadblocks or stop signs are creations of Seven as well, and are often seeded by your soul, which has the entire road map. Seven can lead to where you’ve never gone or even imagined, or where you’ve always wanted to go but never believed you could. Seven is able to create any reality, any sort of real or imagined avenue to anywhere you believe in and desire. And Seven creates more than you can possibly begin to imagine, dream or conceptualize. But all you do dream is available, growing in Seven’s fertile nature.

    Bad luck, too, is a function of Seven. Whatever you dream includes your nightmares, too. Love takes many forms in its quest to experience all, even spectres of direst aspect. You create them as you wish, even if you wish not to but energize the thought of not wanting to. Changing Seven’s direction is as easy as turning the wheel of a car, all the more so if you remember to use your turn signal and slow down. Change your central belief and the whole landscape alters to suit your changed viewpoint. All you have to do is see the road entry and decide to take a turn for the better. Luck, if you believe in it or not, will follow.

    Seven brings reality into view. It adds an element of dancing, moving, bordering-on-ecstatic energy into play in the natural world. How the natural world behaves irregardless of Seven’s dream-weaving is a function of Eight.

    A visual translation of expanding your awareness around your expressions of form are located in different places, yet they are never apart. Your Divine Complement is a component of returning to your Multidimensional SELF. Taking responsibility and ownership for one’s consciousness and resulting acts of motion and consequence are highlighted here, unity and in it’s full expression and the distinct shifts involved in each step back within ourselves.     Transmission on Divine Complements

    Our Dear Ascending Ones,

    I am Commander Mytar, a Pleiadian member of the Galactic Federation. I am the Divine Complement of Mytria of the Violet Temple of Alycone in the Pleiades. Mytria is one of this writer’s higher expressions of SELF. Since,Mytria and I are Divine implements, then I, too, am a higher expression of Suzille. We, Mytria and myself, wish to speak with you about Divine complements, also known as Twin Flames. Since the merging with your Divine Complement is a component of returning to your Multidimensional SELF, this topic is forefront in the consciousness of our ascending ones.

    As I have said, I serve in the Galactic Council and Mytria serves on Alycone. However, since we are ONE being, our consciousness is continually joined. Hence, our expressions of form are located in different places, yet we are never apart. How can that be? Allow me to describe that which is impossible for third dimensional thinking to understand. Let me translate the sentence of: “Our expressions of form are located in different places, yet we are never apart.” into Light Language.

    Mytria and I resonate to the ONE of our ascended reality. Within the NOW of the ONE, our unified Lifestream flows beyond time and space into diverse manifestations of our one Being. Mytria is the anchor for the Violet Flame of Transmutation as it is expressed in the initial fifth-dimensional expressions of Alycone’s Violet Temple. Our expression of Oneness also flows into another initial fifth-dimensional expression of the Galactic Federation’s Debriefing—Welcome Home—Center for newly returning ascending ones.

    With that introduction, we, for we infinitely resonate the frequency of unity, wish to assist our ascending ones to recognize the Divine Complements. Recognition for that which has always been hidden is a huge initiation. To BE ONE with your SELF requires deep grounding in your Multidimensional SELF so that you can be totally FREE of the opinions of others. Freedom from judgment is based on freedom from desire. Freedom from judgment requires that you give no merit to the opinions of those who would judge you. Freedom from desire means that you no longer believe the illusion that you do NOT have everything NOW.

    In other words, if you still contain fear of judgment, you will be too shy to approach another whom your Heart tells you is a member of your SELF. Furthermore, if you have desire, it is because you have forgotten that you are a Multidimensional Being who resonates to myriad expressions of SELF. Hence, there is nothing to desire for everything is already within some version of your myriad realities. Much as you would search the house for your glasses and find then on your head, desire leads you to search for that which you have always had, such as an intimate relationship with your SELF. It is this intimate relationship with your SELF that is the key to returning to your Divine Complement.

    As your ascension continues, your relationships with “others” will change because only deeply intimate relationships will fulfill you. It is not that less intimate relationships are bad; it is just that they will no longer be enough. As deeply as you go into yourself, is as deeply as you will go into others. Furthermore, as you return to your fifth dimensional SELF there will be no illusion of separation. Hence, there will be no secrets, no boundaries and no mistrust, which allows your reunion with your Divine Complement to easily unfold On New Earth, you will all be living in light and love.

    Thus, no boundaries will be needed, as you will instantly know what is happening within those who share your reality. Therefore, there are no secrets and you do not have to “trust” someone, as you will KNOW everyone. Most important of all, there will be NO desire, for whatever you think and/or feel will quickly become manifest. In fact, in the mid-frequencies of the fifth dimension and beyond, all manifestation is instant.

    The Violet Temple and our Galactic Welcome Home Committee both resonate to the threshold of the fifth dimension. It is on this threshold that you can remember your immense powers of transmutation and manifestation. You see, transmutation and manifestation are the same term, as they both mean to create a higher frequency expression of your form, your thoughts and/or your emotions. These powers begin with recovering your deep intimacy with your many higher expressions of SELF. This level of intimacy stems from unconditional love for your SELF; for how can you give away what you do not remember you have?

    A primary challenge within your Ascension is that your reality shifts and changes with your every thought. For example, you may start a course based on pure love and service, but your desire and/or fear of judgment can shift you into another reality that is actually of a lower frequency rather than a higher one. This change of course can led you to believe that you did something wrong or that you were not “good enough.”

    Remember the words “good enough” come from your wounded ego, not from your ascending self. Therefore, it turns your path of ascension into a fearful place in which you must be on your guard in case you are not good enough, rather that surrendering to the flowing stream of light and unconditional love in which you are ALWAYS perfect.

    If you loose your way in this fashion, it is likely that you are tired. You may need to take a rest from your process and return to what who you love being and what you love doing. This break will allow you to recalibrate back to love! And, who do you love the most, the Completion of your SELF with whom you have shared for all eternity. You have missed this Completion, this Complement of your Heart and Mind. You were never meant to be separated into two “different” people, but the energies of Earth had so fallen into darkness when you volunteered to return to Gaia that all earth vessels were polarized into male or
    female. Fortunately, there will be no need to search for your Complement in the fifth dimension, for your multidimensional perceptions will lead you to your SELF.

    Many of you are feeling within your heart the call of your Complement. Do not allow this call to make you sad, angry or afraid, as these third dimensional emotions will separate you from the ONE that you seek. Instead, focus on the unconditional love and the joy of reunion that accompanies this call. Remember that there is no time, separation or age in the fifth dimension. Therefore, there will be no “waiting for,” distance, or age discrepancy upon your re-joining. We complete this
    message with a quote from the book, Reconstructing Reality, by our human expression of Suzan Caroll: Lamerius lay upon the warm pink sand of its special cove beneath the cliffs of Red Mountain. The Waters of Light gently caressed its feet and grounded its soul while the warm sand penetrated its aura. The Sun was descending towards the horizon, and it would soon be time to return to Temple studies. Lamerius was remembering its many third dimensional lives when it was separated into two different beings, masculine and feminine. Now it was once again one, androgynous body of Light. The re-joining of male and female into the ONE had enriched and healed both aspects of its essence. The male, Lamire, and the female, Lamira, communed what they had learned while apart. This communion brought much wisdom, clarity, peace, and most of all, unity. Lamerius enjoyed the “no time” of fifth dimensional Venus there personal readiness created environmental markers to indicate that it was time to make a transition. When Lamerius was ready to return from its cycle of deep meditation, known on Earth as sleep, the Sun would rise.

    Then, when it was ready to take in the beautiful and healing love rays of the Venusian ecosystem, the Sun was high in the sky. Finally, when Lamerius was ready to separate into Lamire and Lamira and return to the Temple, the Sun was low upon the horizon.
    On fifth dimensional Venus, there was no time-space continuum like there was on third dimensional Earth. Here, the environment was created, or rather chosen, by each member of the group consciousness. Each consensus reality was selected much like one would select a radio station or turn a page in a book. All the stations and pages existed simultaneously at all times, and one could choose what they desired to experience. Others who made the same choice also shared that reality. Lamire and Lamira joined into Lamerius to share the experiences they had had while separated into two individual people. During their joining, Lamira related that “she” had just returned from reliving her first incarnation on third dimensional Earth. “I remember it
    all clearly now,” she thought inside the Spirit of Lamerius. “We chose to answer the call that Lady Gaia, Earth’s consciousness, had put out at the end of the Atlantian era. Earth was on the verge of total destruction, because the balance of Light/Construction and Dark/Destruction was weighted toward the polarity of Destruction.” Lamerius remembered how it had studied here in fifth dimensional Venus in preparation for its adventure on Earth. Most of all, it remembered the shock of its first separation into its two polarized male and female individuals. Lamerius shuddered to remember how Lamira felt to be in a third dimensional body without her complete Self, and for Lamire to be without his feminine counterpart. It took many Earth years before Lamire and Lamira could accept their deep grief over living as only a portion of their total Self. It was in that first moment of separation that Lamerius first experienced the many limitations of third dimensional life.

    Lamire and Lamira both carried those limitations, and the feelings of abandonment, through life after life after life. In spite of this, now both were soon to enter physical bodies again. Their commitment to Earth was ending, and they were free to return Home to Venus once and for all. First, however, each had to balance and heal the limited thoughts and painful emotions of their many earthly incarnations. This was best done at the source, which was third dimensional Earth. Unfortunately, the strong, earthly illusions of limitation and separation clouded their memory of the parallel life that they also lived as an androgynous being on fifth dimensional Venus.

    It was their call now to separate into two beings again. Lamerius stretched its Lightbody and a million sparkles fell upon the pink sand. Lamerius could feel the consciousness within every grain of sand and every pebble. It felt the aliveness of the air around it and the intelligent life force that cycled through its light body with every breath. The Waters of Light that caressed its feet grounded Lamerius into the matrix of this fifth dimensional hologram. Lamerius was fully aware that all matter and substance was an elaborate illusion created for the opportunity to commune and communicate with All That Is. Because the fifth dimension was a “half-way house” between the worlds of form and the worlds of formlessness, the holograms created there were often based on the forms and structures of the lower worlds. Lamerius’ light body was usually in the same humanoid form that its Divine Complements, Lamire and Lamira, took while on Earth. However, it was not bound to that form. It was at liberty to alter its body in any way that it desired. If it wished to experience flying, it could grow the wings of an eagle, or become a bee. It could also float to its destination, as there was no gravity in the fifth dimension. When Lamerius traveled inter-dimensionally to the higher worlds it would often take on the form of a speck of light or a star being.
    Lamerius’ “skin” was translucent and glimmered with light, but it could look denser if it preferred. It was about ten Earth feet tall and, since it was composed of light, had no weight at all. Lamerius lived in the ever present NOW and was always in the Hereness and Isness of that Infinite Moment. When it separated into masculine and feminine to study in the Violet Temple, Lamerius still existed, but it “phased out” into the higher frequency of the fifth dimension until its two polarities, Lamire and Lamira, united again. It was the rejoining into one form that brought its light body into a slightly lower vibration. However, it never ceased to BE, as it was infinite and immortal. If one of the Complements was “awake” in the lower worlds, Lamerius could send a stream of consciousness down the vibration scale and into his or her mind. Lamire and Lamira could also communicate with each other across all time and space through the “homing beam” of Lamerius’ consciousness.

    The Waters of Light had cooled and the sun hugged the horizon. It was “time” for Lamerius to separate again so that “The Two” could resume their individual Temple studies. Lamerius stood and stretched its long arms toward the top of Red Mountain. Its glowing, golden form expanded slowly, growing wider and wider until it took on the form of two pyramids attached at their base, with the masculine peak reaching towards the sky and the feminine peak grounded towards the heart of Venus. As the upper peak opened, the double pyramid slowly separated into two spirals of light. The spirals looked like spinning golden vortexes. Gradually, they unwound into two golden stars.

    Slowly, arms, legs and a head formed from the stars, and two separate beings emerged. Lamire and Lamira lifted their hands to the level of their hearts and touched each other, palm to palm. “We will NOW return to the Temple,” they spoke as they looked into each other’s eyes. With a quick kiss and a smile, Lamira turned to take her separate path, but Lamire caught her by the arm.

    “It is said that some of us will remain on Earth and assist in creating its new fifth dimensional reality. What do you think we will do?”

    Preamble

    Social and technological advances make it possible for a growing part of humanity to access, create, modify, publish and distribute various kinds of works – artworks, scientific and educational materials, software, articles – in short: anything that can be represented in digital form. Many communities have formed to exercise those new possibilities and create a wealth of collectively re-usable works.

    Most authors, whatever their field of activity, whatever their amateur or professional status, have a genuine interest in favoring an ecosystem where works can be spread, re-used and derived in creative ways. The easier it is to re-use and derive works, the richer our cultures become.

    Defining Free Culture Licenses

    Licenses are legal instruments through which the owner of certain legal rights may transfer these rights to third parties. Free Culture Licenses do not take any rights away — they are always optional to accept, and if accepted, they grant freedoms which copyright law alone does not provide. When accepted, they never limit or reduce existing exemptions in copyright laws.

    Essential freedoms

    In order to be recognized as “free” under this definition, a license must grant the following freedoms without limitation:

    • The freedom to use and perform the work: The licensee must be allowed to make any use, private or public, of the work. For kinds of works where it is relevant, this freedom should include all derived uses (“related rights”) such as performing or interpreting the work. There must be no exception regarding, for example, political or religious considerations.
    • The freedom to study the work and apply the information: The licensee must be allowed to examine the work and to use the knowledge gained from the work in any way. The license may not, for example, restrict “reverse engineering”.
    • The freedom to redistribute copies: Copies may be sold, swapped or given away for free, as part of a larger work, a collection, or independently. There must be no limit on the amount of information that can be copied. There must also not be any limit on who can copy the information or on where the information can be copied.
    • The freedom to distribute derivative works: In order to give everyone the ability to improve upon a work, the license must not limit the freedom to distribute a modified version (or, for physical works, a work somehow derived from the original), regardless of the intent and purpose of such modifications. However, some restrictions may be applied to protect these essential freedoms or the attribution of authors (see below).

    Permissible restrictions

    Not all restrictions on the use or distribution of works impede essential freedoms. In particular, requirements for attribution, for symmetric collaboration (i.e., “copyleft” or “Attribution”), and for the protection of essential freedom are considered permissible restrictions.

    Defining Free Cultural Works

    In order to be considered free, a work must be covered by a Free Culture License, or its legal status must provide the same essential freedoms enumerated above. It is not, however, a sufficient condition. Indeed, a specific work may be non-free in other ways that restrict the essential freedoms. These are the additional conditions in order for a work to be considered free:

    • Availability of source data: Where a final work has been obtained through the compilation or processing of a source file or multiple source files, all underlying source data should be available alongside the work itself under the same conditions. This can be the score of a musical composition, the models used in a 3D scene, the data of a scientific publication, the source code of a computer application, or any other such information.
    • Use of a free format: For digital files, the format in which the work is made available should not be protected by patents, unless a world-wide, unlimited and irrevocable royalty-free grant is given to make use of the patented technology. While non-free formats may sometimes be used for practical reasons, a free format copy must be available for the work to be considered free.
    • No technical restrictions: The work must be available in a form where no technical measures are used to limit the freedoms enumerated above.
    • No other restrictions or limitations: The work itself must not be covered by legal restrictions (patents, contracts, etc.) or limitations (such as privacy rights) which would impede the freedoms enumerated above. A work may make use of existing legal exemptions to copyright (in order to cite copyrighted works), though only the portions of it which are unambiguously free constitute a free work.

    In other words, whenever the user of a work cannot legally or practically exercise his or her basic freedoms, the work cannot be considered and should not be called “free.”

    To ensure the graceful functioning of this ecosystem, works of authorship should be free, and by freedom we mean:

    • the freedom to use the work and enjoy the benefits of using it
    • the freedom to study the work and to apply knowledge acquired from it
    • the freedom to make and redistribute copies, in whole or in part, of the information or expression
    • the freedom to make changes and improvements, and to distribute derivative works

    If authors do not take action, their works are covered by existing copyright laws, which severely limit what others can and cannot do. Authors can make their works free by choosing among a number of legal documents known as licenses. For an author, choosing to put their work under a free license does not mean that they lose all their rights, but it gives to anyone the freedoms listed above.

    It is important that any work that claims to be free provides, practically and without any risk, the aforementioned freedoms. This is why we hereafter give a precise definition of freedom for licenses and for works of authorship.
