We are approaching a period of accelerated and powerful energies with the upcoming fall/spring equinox, an eclipse series in October, and Mercury retrograde from October 4 to 26. These energies will bring windows of opportunity as well as challenges designed to help us re-calibrate our spiritual connection and restructure our approach to our purpose. The decisions we make during this period will cast a wide sphere of influence well into the coming year.
Revisit your intentions to make the Most of Magnified Energies

So why are we talking now about energies that are a few weeks out? One reason is that many lightworkers are sensitive to energies and begin to experience the powerful shifts an eclipse brings a month or more prior to the actual event. Another reason is in order to make the most of the opportunities this powerful passage will bring we need to revisit our intentions and visions prior to this time of magnified energies.

We can begin now preparing for this period through dreamwork, journaling, meditation, dietary and other changes. By focusing our intentions, we ride the waves of these powerful energies into future life tracks where we experience more of our divine nature.

The September 22 Equinox seeks to balance Mind, Body and Spirit

The upcoming equinox will boost our preparations for October’s transformative energies. In the northern hemisphere, it’s time to balance mind, body and spirit and undertake cleaning and clearing in preparation for winter. Clearing clutter and bringing order to our environment is important to finding balance. This is a good time to begin new dietary regimens and health practices that build our immune system. This balancing and clearing will support our journey into October’s Mercury retrograde and eclipse series.

Visiting Future Life Tracks in Dream States

The next few weeks are a time to examine if some of our intentions are outdated and no longer valid. This is a time to open to new ideas and visions and begin energizing these as the energies amplify and accelerate. In coming weeks, nightly dreams will become an excellent source of new visions as our subconscious mind is drawn to travel to future life tracks in order to examine the field of potentials crystallizing in our future. Practice writing down dreams and you will begin to remember more of your nightly travels.

The period just prior to an eclipse series is a very rich time for dream journeys. You can set your intentions before going to sleep to travel to potential new life tracks. Just before bedtime is also a good time to review the questions you are working with and ask for guidance to come through your dream travels. This is a time of heightened energies when lucid dreams are more likely. To cultivate lucid dreams, practice lucidity in your waking life. Be mindful where you focus your attention prior to falling asleep as this focus helps direct the flow of your dream travels.

Journaling, Automatic Writing and Meditation

To make the most of upcoming energies, its helpful to begin an intensive introspective period in the weeks prior. You may find it helpful to journal if you don’t already. Journaling helps you gain perspective and insight into your “waking dream.” Daily journaling also helps you bring awareness to stuck emotions so you can clear them. When you journal, give yourself the freedom to write whatever flows into your mind. Journaling is a good housecleaning tool to assist you in processing emotions and bringing awareness to the landscape of your mental and emotional bodies.

Once you become comfortable with daily journaling, you can begin to incorporate automatic writing. One way to begin automatic writing is to write out questions on one side of your notebook and allow answers to flow onto the opposite page. When you begin writing things you don’t consciously know, you have tapped into the deep well of your subconscious.

Meditation is another excellent tool for getting in touch with the flow of your internal world. Meditation can bring awareness of potentials crystallizing in future life tracks. It also helps with internal housecleaning. Meditation raises your vibration and over time, can help break loose stuck emotions, allowing them to bubble to the surface of your consciousness to be released. If you don’t currently have a meditation practice, begin now. Sit for at least 15 to 30 minutes every day, releasing all thoughts and relaxing and stilling your mind. Allow whatever happens to be perfect for you within the moment.

Our Astrology Chart Depicts the Personal Impact of an Eclipse

We will all feel the effects of the upcoming Mercury retrograde and eclipse energies. The exact way in which you experience them can be understood by examining your astrology chart. The type of impact and its intensity and duration depends on where an eclipse falls in a person’s astrology chart. If an eclipse falls within 3” of a planet or an important point in your chart by conjunction or opposition, it is of special significance to you. The nature of the planet impacted by the eclipse offers clues to the experiences that lie ahead. Each house in astrology points toward an area of your life. Knowing which house in which an eclipse falls in your chart will help you get your affairs in order.

Mercury stations retrograde from October 4-26, journeying from 2 degrees Scorpio to 16 degrees Libra. This is a potent Mercury retrograde because it activates the October 23 Solar Eclipse point of 0 degrees Scorpio, intermingling the energies of Mercury retrograde with the solar eclipse. You can examine where 0 degrees Scorpio lands in your chart (and points within orb) to see how the October 23 eclipse will impact you. There will also be a total lunar eclipse October 8 at 15 degrees Aries with the sun opposing at 15 degrees Libra.

On September 26, Jupiter begins a trine to Uranus that lasts several weeks. Jupiter in trine to Uranus opens a portal to good fortune, positive energies, and new and interesting people. This is a great time to bring forth new visions and new creations. Artists, writers, inventors and visionaries of all kinds can ride waves of success during this period. This Jupiter/Uranus trine leads us into a grand fire trine (with Mars, Jupiter and Uranus) conjunct the October 8 Lunar Eclipse. We will talk more about these energies as we draw closer so stay tuned.

Creating a Unified Field of Intention

Once you lay the groundwork and choose your intentions for this upcoming period, you can work with all aspects of your consciousness to bring unity and agreement to these intentions. If some aspects are not on board with these intentions you will not have the unity of vision that brings the laser focus and concentration needed to make the most of these energies. To harmonize and unify all facets of your consciousness, visualize an inner circle of love during meditation. Bring inside this circle all your aspects – younger selves from this lifetime as well as past and future selves that exist in timeframes parallel to your present moment. Inner peace and harmony with all “selves” allows you to create a unified field of intention to help you navigate the upcoming energies.

This visual translation began 21 February 2013 at 1:11 PM and was completed on 05 March 2013 at 2:22 AM.

Seven Mays is a kaleidoscopic fractal motion graphic translation of unfolding energy transmissions of ever more pure and undistorted energy swells to aid in humanities ascension. This work contains 3889 individual frames comprising 2 minute 57 seconds of 1080p HD video at 22 frames per second set to unique audio created and arranged by myself using http://musicshake.com.

This work adheres to Free Cultural Works guidelines and licensing.

Seven Mays, motion graphics, individual frames are available in a 1920×1080 jpeg’s for viewing, remixing and to download. I have observed that each individual frame is just as amazing to view as the completed motion graphic. Remember. the animation displays 22 individual frames every second, so taking a moment to view each frame as it unfolds a whole new perspective hidden in plain view within this motion graphic translation.
As with all of my work, it is a reflection and my personal validation of expanding consciousness I hold within. You could say that my blog is my proof of concept research, and I in all ways visualize my experience through visual art. Out of the over 440 articles shared within our network of light and collected in the roughly two week period it took to create, render and process this work as a whole, I have selected the following article as a synopsis for this work. It is also a reflection of the guidance offered during this period. I will never tell you what to think, feel or be. But my little part is collecting and translating my own personal ascension (or evolution) and contribute my perspective to the rest of our world and omniverse.

Eclipses of 2013 help us Access the Spaces between Dimensions

We are in a time of endings and beginnings ushered by a series of eclipses designed to help us gain traction in any stuck areas and take significant steps on our chosen path. The eclipses of 2013 kicked off with the April 25th Scorpio lunar eclipse and will continue this month with the May 9 Taurus solar eclipse and the May 24 Sagittarius lunar eclipse.

Key Eclipse Issues are Abundance and Personal Power

Key issues emphasized in this time center on abundance and personal power. These eclipses ask us to examine our beliefs around these core issues. If we are invested in thought viruses based on lack and scarcity in any way, this will come to the forefront during this time. Issues that may arise encompass a broad spectrum of topics, all of which share the core issue of scarcity. These issues include relationships, health, resources, spiritual insights, inspiration, creativity and much more.

If there is any area of pain, conflict or struggle in one’s life, it can likely be traced back to thought forms along these lines: “I don’t have enough,” “options are limited,” or “I am small and limited.” These are indicators that old programming is still in place around issues of abundance and scarcity. If we keep following the thread of a scarcity thought form, it eventually translates into thoughts such as “I’m not enough,” “I am nothing,” or “I am unloved.”

Love and Gratitude are Antidotes to the Scarcity Thought Virus

We can counteract these thought forms with “I am love,” “I love myself unconditionally,” “I am a wise and empowered being with access to the vast resources of the universe.” Meditate on love whenever these feelings arise. To get in touch with feelings of unconditional love, hold before you the image of someone or something that evokes this unconditional feeling within you. Once you connect strongly with this feeling for a loved one, practice extending it to yourself and all others.

Gratitude can also help break the spell of a thought virus. As you meditate, bring your focus to everything you’re grateful for. Keep expanding the list of things you’re grateful for by finding the silver lining in every situation in your life, both past and present. Unconditional love and gratitude are the two best antidotes to the scarcity thought virus.

The April 25 Lunar Eclipse

The April 25th lunar eclipse occurred at 5° Scorpio and its effects are still being experienced by many. The effects of some eclipses can be felt three months or more prior to an eclipse and for up to a year afterward.

A lunar eclipse occurs during a full moon when the earth moves exactly between the sun and moon, effectively short-circuiting their natural connection. The period of a lunar eclipse is a good time to change destructive emotional patterns. This can be anything from toxic relationships to addictions to sacred wounds we’ve carried with us since childhood.

The energies of a lunar eclipse have a way of magnifying any unresolved emotional issues so we can shine the light of our present-moment awareness on them. Our spiritual communion and insights are intensified during a full moon and even more so during a lunar eclipse, heightening our powers of spiritual perception. Combined, these allow us to heal and release emotional energy held in past traumas.

A solar eclipse takes place during the new moon when the moon blocks the sun’s energies as it passes directly between the sun and earth. During the month of a solar eclipse, you will likely start noticing the energies of an upcoming eclipse right after the previous new moon and full moon. We are already feeling the energies of the May 9 solar eclipse.

Entering the Space between Dimensions

This solar eclipse falls at 19° Taurus and sits in the doorway of a powerful spiritual portal at Orion’s Belt, which leads to the Great Central Sun. Many will experience an upsurge in spiritual abilities and visions during this time. Those who have planets within 3° of 19° Taurus will feel this most profoundly. For those most powerfully impacted, it may seem that vortexes into universal knowledge spontaneously open for glimpses into spiritual realms. It is possible at such times to feel oneself standing in the spaces between dimensions. Learning to move seamlessly between dimensions allows us to become more effective at bridging consciousness into the new time.

Lucid dreams are more likely to happen when one is under the powerful influence of a solar eclipse. To make the most of this time, set your intentions to embrace whatever comes up during this time and make time to meditate the day of the eclipse. Creating an eclipse ritual for yourself can help you focus the energy for a breakthrough. It is easier during this time to shift to higher-vibrational timelines. This eclipse series will assist many in finding firmer footing in the new time.

Remain Calm during May’s Wild Ride

Due to the eclipse energies, this month is likely to be a time when deeper truths surface and emotions run high. It will be difficult to remain objective as emotional wounds and any issues around which we hold strong emotional energy come front and center. Events in our day to day lives can trigger unhealed emotions that suddenly rise to the surface with power and force. It will help during this time to remain calm and trust that whatever is happening is according to divine plan. These energies by design are helping us gain traction in stuck areas and grow in our spiritual understandings. It should be noted that this is not the time to make life-changing decisions as things may appear different on the other side of the eclipses.

Eclipses are major turning points at both the collective and individual levels. The sign of an eclipse offers clues as to the themes that are due for a change. At the personal level, the planets and houses impacted by an eclipse offer insights into the trans-formative changes that beacon to us on the road ahead.

A Dedication to Erika’s Journey:

Been some time now. Things have changed but I’m still on top of my game. I’m not dead because no devil would want me and the gods may think I still need some more learning. Fine. Slowly I rekindled my love for the blues. Hard to feel anything without the blues, you know. True love is a string moaning under a fingertip. Where in the five hundred chunks of Amerika are you now?

I’m pretty indifferent to it now. I’ve seen it all, and I know how to test myself. The ultimate test is the vicious dog walking down the street right now. I can walk up to him and his eyes would tell me that he likes me, even if he instinctively chomps a piece out of me, he still likes me. You worry about the high double-mattress bed, the red carpet, the television hooked to the wall with a modern day tribesman’s nose ring, the sun’s rays illuminating the view through the open screen door, the table with the lamp and the notepad, the equalized bathroom shot, the wallpaper giving off the marble impression, the way the water is rerouted to jive hot and cold through the pipes. Who the fuck did all this to your head? “That’s when fate brought you into my life” is a line you can give the ones who are drained of energy, need, life and perpetual motion. I don’t have much time, you know. Half the year is gone and it’s going to be exactly a few years in September. Remember that night when you escorted me to the hotel room, looked around to make sure things would be alright for me, and eyed the swimming pool with a bit of nostalgia? I’ve got news for you: the water was hard and cold that night, but I slept in it and dreamed of you. The smog was suffocating me but I lit the cigarette anyhow. It rained spoons that night. I was naked in the pool, wishing for a human to come by and scorn me at the smallest hour of the morning. The chemical plant across from the hotel’s parking lot loomed like the devil in a purple shawl over the whole scene, but I slept and dreamed of you and the roses that were always met by your approval but never lived beyond the thought. The petals in the bucket and the towel around you. Lost in Amerika but there’ll always be enough money for the 1800 miles to come. I knew I’d go back home, but I thought I would stop in New York for a while. I smelled it on you when you were sleeping and I slithered under the garment to soak your tired aroma like a sponge absorbing a lemon’s toxic heart. I imagined that the scent was your pain and my lungs were sucking it in. I wanted your pain in addition to mine. In the end I chickened out and stopped at that. Didn’t dare touch you. Sometimes I wonder what would have happened if I had. Would you have gone to the bathroom and soaked in the water and drugs? Would you have craned your neck and uttered some analytical rubbish acquired from medical trade paperbacks? Would you have moaned and curled every muscle with pleasure? I’ll never know. One day I will see you staring into the margarita glass and I’ll have a hint, but I’ll never know for sure. I never stopped in New York. Knoxville and the incident under the birch made me break the speed limits of four states and one province. At the border they saw all the dirt on the car and tried to add four hours of misery to my life, but I just sat at a table across from a coin machine, with clouds of smoke over my head, and slept like a baby. Dreamed of you and the cold water. When I was back behind the wheel, at a safe distane from those unionized asses and the noisy falls, I looked around and saw the stain you left on the passenger seat, the dog’s poils all over the dashboard. My face was wet, and no cold water here. I pushed a button and Patsy Cline, from beyond the grave, worked for the money she once earned.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and am closely following events that are taking place on Earth.

SaLuSa of Sirius made an actual introduction visually today through a new fractal sequence I was processing into a kaleidoscopic animation sequence. On frame number one contact was made. Greetings ensued, what a pleasure to know formally meet visually through my sense of sight after over a decade of guidance. I must have needed the validation right now, seeing your minds eye on paper so accurately translated sure does the trick. And of course I am ready to work with your assigned projects to be done with collaboration between the Galactic Federation and Earthlings.

Step one, become so dysfunctional as to love eating nothing less than poison and calling it good nutrition and taking medication manufacture from oil. To walk the dysfunctional path we have collectively agreed to be truth.

I took on some dense energies, but by having lived the life of dysfunctional human, I one day quickly woke up to a whole bunch of new solid truth that now I could see clear as day, no, I am not insane, but what we consider to be acts of love are actually acts of fear. We have engineered fear, failure and lack into almost all of our systems. Well I am a fear released Earthling seeing more and creating more than I have ever dreamed possible. I am a walking miracle already after just the release of fear from my heart, body and mind. Given the literal hell I lived in for half my life my ability to for go psychosis is a place for a large part of my life that I believed would never change.

After a couple decades of real hard compassion, love and by gratitude and grace I experience life now in so much more fuller ways, I do still have my personality defects like having no grey area, only no thing or every thing – no balance in my views. My own personal rigidity which only I am observing no longer serving me and my highest potential possibilities I have to experience. So I am in, I am ready to receive my project assignment and meet up with my fellow project members. BTW: This is my response, I am replying to your request – YES!

Exploring sine waves and how they may build in the frequency void while a dimension ascends or descends and the conscious aspects of either adjoining dimension come into a new understanding of the what lies beyond as it’s energetic harmonics are integrated into a new collective reality.
This view at energy waves at quantum levels also shows the inherent nature these waves can replicate aspects of our large reality we now consider 3D transiting 4D to expand the harmonic complexity of the matrix of what is termed dark energy (love of one) and light quotient (light=information) required for a physical 5D Earth to be created as well as inhabited by an evolved biology of kingdoms (mineral, water, air (lighter water), plant, insect, sea animals, land animals, air animals, humans) based on a crystalline like DNA.
The new 5D Earth will be an interesting place as I show in many of my animated visuals unification or awareness that we are intimately connected to all things in and out of us, it has consequences once explored beyond a fleeting thought, especially when brought and allowed to be known from deep within my heart.
It took a long time, allot of pain to let go out of my heart, I stored it there just as deeply as the ones who had hurt me, it guided my every move and most of all it hid my real self from view. But I had to do something, the hell I was living was too much for any conscious being to half to endure, I tried every method available your typical American society individual.

Well some where in all of that I came across a book “E.T. 101: The Cosmic Instruction Manual for Planetary Evolution” I don’t know it spoke to me, in way that made complete and total sense.

We can often look into our experience of a particular artwork and can gain a sense of some of our inner workings by the reaction of what we are perceiving within the art.

This like all of my animation work requires your unique input as to the output. When you view this work what do you see, or should I say what color are your eye glasses tinted? Gaining this perspective is why I create this work, so you may know in the depths of your mind and from within your heart how and what particular color are you really seeing your experience as. And when I say color I might also say you could easily put this pair of glasses on to curb your emotions, senses and other reactions you instinctively have. There is no bad, wrong or incorrect pair of glasses, only the ones you have for only you have lived your life in order to bring yourself to a point where you shift from one phase to another. I would suggest if what you see you do not like or wish, try shifting perspective and the bases you are reacting to negatively. If you experience fear, ask why am I see this. If you experience anything, ask why and where is this reaction coming from. Grow your awareness like a growing fire and allow it to burn away that which no longer suits your eyeglasses. I would suggest things as simple as putting on the mute button, and playing something I groove to, see how this changes so many things. Or if you wish, do not even engage in this artwork reflecting your inner most self to you as if to walk away while someone is still speaking to you because this will only be a reflection of the respect you hold in truth for yourself.

Most of all whatever occurs there is no wrong only what simply is, forgive with grace and compassion yourself. You have lived a magnificent life by any measure and measuring yours against another for it will never be what your life is. Forgive yourself selfishly and demonstrate your recognition through compassion and grace by renewing your efforts top be here now the most amazing being you have always within known your self to be.

Use this visual exercise as way to see clearly what guides you along your path, to gain a deeper perspective, use as another type of mirror to look in an see a picture no other mirror could show you, not just what your body looks like, but all that makes you, you feels and perceives like.

I have create this work in a unified consciousness grid using fractal and kaleidoscopic imaging techniques where I could pack unlimited viewer experiences into 1923 individual images being displayed at 12 images per second to create this visual exercise. Audio is mainly my selection of what feels right to me at publishing. I highly encourage you to play your own music or radio station. (I love pandora.com just pick an artist or song a away she goes!)

Translating a kaleidoscopic fractal like space of inseparable unified existence which while no where no how is and knows a space many more times complex than available from my current point within on my way through an existence back within the non-physical 3D transiting via the 4D to the fifth dimension.

Once I was a line, then that line discovered that from it’s very existence as that an energy (love) and light (the information) was interwoven and it’s line (1D) was pushing one wave and one wave in this building space being created by it’s birth this building of waves from the source which it came transited 2D then 3D was created, there had been enough space built up to contain life in a physical vessel. (The part even the learned of the batch forgot, 10 universes of stars, galaxies and consciousness all are pushing the energy and information required together in unity in order for the physical universe we can see, touch and feel to exist. This is a spectacular but in the big picture rare aspect of us to experience and being given the gift of such unified resources just to have it.)

Now we are transiting through the 4D (Time) to get to the 5D the 6D transits to the 7th and so on. Each dimension is infinity different than the one before or after. The biggest remembrance is items used to communicate experience in one dimension is difficult because the colors, shapes, amount and density or truths do not all-ways overlay and are there for hard to understand when you don’t even have the right words to translate what there is like. But we are one. Just like our brain, heart and glands manage our body just think of each step in the journey being like a dimension. Because really it is.

I woke up and went out on my balcony to have a cigarette. Not sure why just went out, then in the eastern sky I noticed a Galactic Federation Ship, and then another on streaked across the sky at a fairly high velocity. Then, an experience I have had in this degree of intensity began, but this time the pattern that emerged after the star transformed creating a grid of concentric 3 sided pyramids was not only more intense, but more complex and was like wow, what is this did not perceive this one coming in. But here is my first translation of what I observed. Truly I am still digesting the information as it is encoded in it’s complexity that it will take a moment to translate into my 4D biological systems so I may know and understand the frequency and complexity of this new pattern being transmitted. In-Joy =)

OK Mr. Nice Guy isn’t delivering the message so it can carry beyond a basic thought. Enter Mr. Maybe Sometimes a Bit To In Your Face Honest will achieve a more desirable level of thought beyond continuing assuming you know it all because you can operate a remote control or are an avid viewer of for profit television profiteering through polarizing and making each American in a make believe war against each other and forging our destruction by misrepresenting global events to en site and increase fear for the sole purpose of generating ad revenue and becoming a respected what? I guess we missed or just do not listen to the crap that just about every CEO spews from their lips all day long since 2001. Yes 9-11 happened and in one fail swoop every business collectively group freaked out, just like every American was shook to their core. I do believe most of the non American sphere mostly saw it coming, but still I lived in Boston then, I remember being in a core team meeting with our VP of Operation, and simultaneously every cell phone started vibrating, ignored but they repeated and then someone called the office and the market assistant said a plane hit the WTC, we at Kinko’s had a Branch in the WTC. What check the internet, guess what completely down access to no where, not even a DNS server. Then over phone another plane, the Pentagon, they are evacuating downtown Boston, everyone go home. I lived in the city and remember being the only car driving into Boston, got off at the South End went to my BFF’s house for about a hour then Rhonda the Xerox Equipment Sales Rep who I had become good friends with called and I went to her house for the rest the day. We were in shock and tried to Levi the real impact to all things. We never saw every corp in America basically gut their most important and valuable assets as a means to manage an illusion drop in income, which actually started after they exploited the focus 9-11 caused to how they operated as an excuse to destroy who and what made American Business Awesome. The cut training departments, shopped state vs. state based on who gave the best tax deal even when unseen profits had been being generated for years. Illumination of business engaging programs like profit sharing and bonuses. Reduction of basic pay rates through assigning multiple titles with little correlation to actual performance. Sacrificing even their own founding visions. And each and every American allowing themselves and what we create to be devalued in the name of maintaining unrealistic profit margins. I am sorry when I see a CEO in the same sentence say that yes for the last 4 quarters the have returned a 1.45 profit per share which is honest and fair being in the gambling industry where stealing peoples money and calling it entertainment or house advantage is saying they can’t possibly hire or expand because of currant tax policy. Really I am not insane but you want us to but you in a high chair change your diapers and pay you for it. And just where exactly to you credit with giving you such undying success in the first place, hmm no need to contribute and ensure that what you where given to create in now somehow will sustain it’s success without your fair contribution, and the acceptable practice of influencing advantage through shear spending power is scene as responsible business dedicate. Yeah so happy I do not have an MBA delusion. Who is destroying everything America spear headed in our world us and or business philosophy of capitalism, which by the way was an experiment to begin with guess we love repeating 1929 over and over and calling it something other than what it is something an idea we all held and loved and believed in until one day we where like whoa this crap is destroying us it really is. Action needs to start now from each and every person in each and every country. We need to challenge ourselves every single day to see each others right views AS RIGHT. That is the RIGHTS each HUMAN IS BORN WITH. We only accept common laws as agreements out of impermeability and shear passage of time between each time we allow our rights to be taken away out of manipulated fear over a Minnelli. Fortunately we exist with a universe with a set of laws, the first being the law of one. I invite you to research and expand and even define how this law through your unique life expression factors in. 1969 Reboot Into Earth

Translation of the following article and energizing of the 1969 ‘Summer of Love‘ energy created in Love, Unity and Freedom. This moment we have allowed and chosen for our shift back into a state of fear, separation and lack. Our new energy from which all creation in our unified reality springs fourth is in place, it’s where that 1969 summer fail to take stewardship and release the old ways. Connect, feel, allow and see our new operating parameters now before you, see in amazement as you choose to release the dysfunctional fear based stuff and allow the unconditional love to replace the foundation that stirs your ship. Now notice when another is still creating from a place of fear how their projections and illusion no longer have a place to take hold in you. Your recognition of what they are doing is seen, but where their fear would breed in your mind like a virus, that fear based action and stuff just no longer can distort you and your reality. Expand upon these ideas for a moment, perhaps to a point where the consequences of shifting starts becoming clear. Explore, experience and love the process in it’s entirety, after all this is what it’s about.

But what if your heart is a steed who rides up the mountains and across the seas? What if your heart is a bridge so that others can cross any distance? What if your heart is meant to be a spender and not a withholder? Why would you harden a softened heart? Why would you do this under the false colors of protecting your heart?

Beloveds, you are protecting your ego.

Yes, your identity is love but not the love coming to you. Your identity is the love you give. Sometimes keeping silent is the love you give. Sometimes you don’t have to be on the stage. You can be the stagehand who quietly lights the stage. You can even be the backdrop. You certainly don’t have to be the star. Yet, you have thought so. You have thought you have to be the center of the stage. Don’t foist onto your beautiful heart what belongs to ego. It’s not your heart that wants all the attention. It is your little self whose name is ego.

You allow yourself to be the wicked stepmother who looks into her mirror and asks herself daily, “Who is the fairest of all in all the land?” In your case, you ask, “Who is the fairest in my little world?”

When there is not enough attention on you, you may pout. You pout because you feel something is amiss that you don’t have all the attention you deserve. I am not disputing your merit. Yes, you do deserve all the attention in the world, and, yet, that is not the game in play. The game is not Solitaire. The name of the game is Love, and love is not a competition.

You haven’t thought of yourself as competitive, yet what would you call it now that you take a good look in the mirror of yourself? You have been competing with everyone, and you have been competing with yourself. You certainly never thought of yourself as the wicked stepmother in the fairy tale. That was someone else, and, yet, you were the one looking into the mirror of a fairy tale.

The wicked stepmother was very needy, wasn’t she? She was so needy that she needs to be the fairest of all. She was so needy that she had to be admired. She equated admiration with love, and, so, it appears, do you. Beloveds, being the center of attention is a poor substitute for love. You deserve to be a quiet giver of love by not having to be the fairest or the best of anything in the world. You are a bearer of love. That means you carry it. You are a means of love. Be a shining star that is happy simply to shine wherever you are and whatever number in the list of attractions you happen to be. Do not think this is sacrifice unless you believe giving up ego is sacrifice. You don’t have to be the candle. It’s fine to be the candle-holder.
